Our management staff has many years of experience in every aspect of book selling:
Angela Cozad—was the Offsite Events Coordinator at the Lafayette Book Store for over 6 years, prior to which she was the manager at Tower Books for many years. For 10 years she also help create and execute the Books by the Bay Festival, a large book festival in San Francisco involving dozens of bookseller booths, multiple author panels and book signings, site setup, concessions, and more. She has extensive experience in building custom bookstores and book lists across a number of different disciplines, but most specifically in areas of environmental interest.
Support staff—We have an accomplished set of event staff who can handle high-volume book sales rapidly, accurately, and with a flawless customer service record. They are highly trained in crowd control and book signing coordination.
